I didn't grief one block in that town and that guy is just assuming that I did it. I am 100% positive that I didn't touch one block in that town. I know I didn't do anything because after one guy griefed my apartment In that town i never went back to that town. I would never grief on this server ever because I know that I would get banned and this is one of my favorite servers.

Hello,

I have a few things to say. First of all, you were banned for the grief report found here:

This means that a SuperMod+, in this case myself, logblocked a griefed area and your name showed up. Griefing is not acceptable and as such I will need your appeal to be more honest and have more effort in it. We need to know you won't grief again upon returning to the server. Please put more effort into it, look at the grief report and our rules against griefing:

Clause I: Main World

The Wild is not secured. It is an uncontrollable world and grief does occur. It is not punishable if grief occurs in the wild. Griefing Towns/Nations which have a security application already placed in queue on the forum is punishable, and can result in a ban + a rollback of all your actions. Griefing within Towns/Nations is not allowed under any circumstances. Towns/Nations and Mayors/Presidents/Members may file grief reports if grief is found, and the users who griefed will be banned + rolled back immediately upon major grief. The only exception to this is if a Mayor specifically makes a survival town where he allows grief and has no rules regarding it.
After you have done those things, I would suggest you reappeal.

I did not assume you committed the grief, I had evidence via logblock. Our logblock system tells me who broke a block, when they broke it, and what the block was. This means you were banned for griefing this town and there is absolutely no chance your account did not commit this crime. Please reappeal with more honesty.
