Brief Description: Password lock not working on signs
Instructions: 1. Place a sign
2. Use command /cpassword (Any word) and click sign
3. It will give you the usual stuff like "Lock placed" and "For your convenience you will not have to use password until your next login but it will not be locked.

Result: Signs not being able to have a password to be edited
