Uniguy found a bug where you could use Pressure plates to bypass locks on fences
(It doesn't work with doors) - Tested
(Doesn't work for players outside the town) - Tested
Anyone inside the town can put a pressure plate down in-front of a locked fence and bypass the fence entirely.

 

Tried the command - Also tried turning all the flags off
Result hasn't changed.
