    When shooting a fellow party member with a bow in the pvp zone of the end world, that party member is lit on fire.
    Instructions:
    1. Have a member of your party stand in front of you in the pvp area of the End
    2. Shoot them with a bow that has flame on it.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?:
    10 times

    Result:
    My party member was lit on fire and took damage.
    Expected Result:
    Other party member should not take friendly fire damage from me.
