Brief Description: Party Members can't see the party chat when they are in different channels.

Instructions:
1. User A and User B are in global channel. - Result: Both can see what each other is typing in party chat.
2. User A is in his own town and in local channel. User B is elsewhere, more than 400m away from User A and in local channel. - Result: User B can't see what User A typed.
3. User A is in a town chat channel and User B is in any channel, except the town chat channel and has not even joined the channel. - Result: User B can't see what User A typed.
4. User A is in a town chat channel and User B is in any channel and has joined the channel. - Result: User B can see what User A typed.

*Remember that party chat is always turned on*

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Many....

Result: Party Members with party chat turned on, can't see what the other party members are typing in party chat when both are not in the same/connected channel.

Expected Result: Party Members should be able to see the party chat when they turned on, no matter which channel they are in.

Evidence: Hard to provide evidence....
