It's been a while since I've given an update, and we have some major announcements.

CATEGORY MERGES

As there was only one person who signed up for the hard category, I will be merging it with the intermediate category. Entry fees will NOT change (with the exception for @pokeball92870, you will be paying the intermediate entry fee as opposed to the hard entry fee). However, the PRIZE POOL will change. As we have 1 less category, there have been some great changes with the prizes! They are as follows:

Intermediate:
1st: $30k
2nd: $12k
3rd: $6k

Easy:
1st: $10k
2nd: $5k
3rd: $2k

These prize changes are MAJOR, and I'd like to say again that they are at NO EXTRA COST!

TIME CHANGES

The competition will be hosted on the 15th (tomorrow), which has stayed the same however the competition will now be hosted from 8AM-10AM EST, as opposed to 9-10. Please pm me ingame, /mail me or forum pm me with the earliest time you can participate (within 8-10AM EST) so that I can setup the brackets.

SCHEDULE CHANGES

I figured that having people race face-to-face wasn't a good idea, as people would be having to do the same race over and over again. So I've decided to simply take each of the participants and time how long it takes for them to complete the parkour course they signed up for. This will make the schedule more flexible, as people are able to participate as long as I am online. When all times have been recorded, winners will be announced for both categories. This will mean referees will NOT be needed anymore. I have deleted the "Wanted referees" section from my original post.​

 

Sure, the announcements came pretty late so there's going to have to be a delay.

 

Fortunately for you, the parkour competition has had a slight delay due to late announcements. There is no specified time you need to arrive, just meet me ingame so I can record how long it takes for you to complete the parkour as it is our new method for the competition. :)

 

Applications should be down, however since we've had some delays I will be accepting your application. There is no hard category as I have merged it with the intermediate category, so would you like to do that instead?
