Suggestion: Add block painting, but limit it to wool only

Reason: It would make creating cool masterpieces easier. If it is enable to where you can only change the color of wool and not any other type of block, then there wouldn't be a problem of everyone just changing blocks to diamond. Or for instance, if even possible, make it so you can make wool look like anything but still have the same properties as a wool block.
