Oyster himself got to EcoLeader by never taking a cent in terms of any plot given or used in Rockinville, and I shall uphold that tradition until his return, and even after. This town will always welcome the Builder population of ECC.

 

To give everyone as much a chance to apply as I can, I will be completing the draw between 10-11pm EST on the 14th.

 

I had Zardgyer provide me with the winning ballot using a random number generator. He was not told why he was providing me this number. The winning number is #86. As I stated, the one closed to, without going over, is the winner.

As gotyanow is already a Resident, this disqualifies him from receiving the $15K winnings. What this means, is that the next closest number, without going over, is the winner.
