Isnt this sort of unfair? If one builder had a ticket of 96, and another builder had a ticket of 97, the builder with the ticket of 97 would have a lower chance of getting 15k, because that builder would only have numbers 97, 98,99, and 100 to rely on. (Just wondering, because this reminds me of the price is right)

 

Exactly. My friend has a ticket of 96 and what if someone gets one of 95

 

Or if someone had the number 100 and another one had a number of 99.

 

Why can't you put everyone's name in a hat and pick?
