There's also a Monastery on the top of a Snowy Mountain which was very awesome, I did not get a picture of this, so if anyone gets a chance to see if, take a picture please.​

1)Sorry, I thought that you meant like other servers. 2)I thought the Nstars would pay off some of the plot but now I have enough money to afford a 20x20.

General Purpose of Contract:
Selling the local Library material, Ownership, Responsibilities and Plot to @Turtle_02 for $15K on a payment Plan

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Once @Turtle_02 pays me 2K down payment I will give access to all chests in library. Once the payment is complete I will remove myself from access to the chests which contains the library books and will no longer be owner of the land, material or employee payment responsibility(@2shrt4gms). No refunds if contract is breached. Ownership will remain @eyesee3

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Turtle_02 must agree to pay 2K down payment and the remaining 13K within 1 Month ($500 additional per day after 1 month)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
