Figured on a server without a lot of protections... under the middle of the ocean was a good spot to build... Even then though, constantly having people accidently tunneling in...

Basically, it's a 50m diameter dome, with eight 22m diameter domes around it (Then the area separating them from the main dome removed)

How exactly do I get this turned into a town?


PS. Currently building 'Kami's Lookout' at the surface entrance.

To protect it you need to purchase

Mayor for $85,000

You have enough to get Resident now but Mayor is a long way to go.
