Why should I trust u with my farm?:Well I've known you for a while now we used to battle it out in the lotto XD and now your in my clan. Plus I've never griefed i think griefing is just terrible and I would love and care for your farm while you are gone ;]
Why do u want access to my farm?:Well I need money because I'm going to save up 200kish for a new town to make a farm in so I need to use your farm to help fund for my farm XD. Plus I only have perms to 1 farm but it is never grown :/. So That is why i would like to have permissions to your farm while you are gone ^.^ Thanks for reading.

Why should I trust u with my farm?: You were previously going to trust me with it before we even had this competition. I know for a fact that you know I am a trustowrthy member and I have never been accused of griefing. Ever.
Why do u want access to my farm?: I have been saving up to get Terminator so having this farm would give me a huge advantge. This is an amazing and great opportunity for me. Thanks :)

Why should I trust u with my farm?:I believe you can trust me with your farm for a number of reasons.

These are:
I have never been banned, or had a complaint posted against me. I am proud of this feat that many players cannot say themselves.

I have access to many towns and places for assorted reasons, yet never, ever grief these places.

Your town will be used properly and wisely when you are gone ensuring that it will be returned to you in a BETTER condition than you had left it.

Why do u want access to my farm?: I am working on my town, yet hardly being able to do anything as I am living off a balance of 6K. My only main income is voting. However, your farm access would greatly change this. I would be able to farm days on end without stopping creating a semi-steady income. This money would be used to finish off my town and open up the ability for me to sell plots. I have helped you plant your farms before and they are truly a magnificent piece of building. I have seen you talk about your hourly income, automatically proving the efficiency and smoothness of your farms. Having you be a tycoon only adds to this. It only more thoroughly proves the greatness of these farms. This access would provide a door-way to possibility. There is your farm behind a iron door. Your are the redstone that allows that door to open. That door is the door to success. I would use the money gained from this farming experience to build a 20x20 automatic wheat farm in my town, bringing the farming experience "back home". Then this farm could be used after you have returned. I think I truly do deserve access your magnificent farm.

Why should I trust u with my farm?: I consider myself a trustworthy player and has never greifed and would respect your farm as much as you do. I would make 100% certain the farms are in the same order as you left it.

Why do u want access to my farm?: I would like to see what a real farm looks like and possibly make enough for another town to build my own one day. And finish the projects I am currently working on.
