Old Lancaster Mall thread -- Locked

@T_Ann, we're going to need some sort of indication whether you intend to keep the shop -- otherwise, we're going to need to remove it, as February rent has not been paid and we haven't heard from you.

Otherwise, there are three slots open at the mall right now, which means there are more than 15 active shops. Keep up the good work!

 

We've had one slot right near the entrance open up, and we have two openings left in the second room. Aside from that, we're full! Remember that we do get player traffic in, but they won't buy if the prices aren't better than spawnshops. Use /warp colebex and check out @Imabankthing's prices if you think you may be too high. Rent signs will be reset for March soon.

 

And rent signs are reset for March rent! Pay into the signs as usual.

Also, the slot directly in between the two main entrances will be available, if anyone wants to move there.

 

Thanks for letting us know, @Kafas1. Sorry to lose your shop. @Avaina1918 and @LimeCini will be taking over the two open slots in the older section, and so that will leave three open slots, all in the newer section. Contact us with interest!

In addition, I am not making much with the "LancMart" store located on the square, so I will probably be eliminating it in its current form. That should remove a significant source of competition for sales of certain products. I may be purchasing a spawnshop, so if that pans out, I may turn LancMart into a "buying" store rather than a "selling" one.

Please let us know if you are not planning to return for March (or just forgot, in Avaina's case), so that we can clear your slot!

 

And with @KMaxwell moving in next door to Sam, we now once again have only one slot (out of eighteen) open. Sign up now and you (obviously) get the rest of March free!

 

And the main post is updated. @BigB_Man, we're sorry to lose you... but we would REALLY appreciate it if you get cleared out before the end of the month, because you have a great location, and we're sure another player would love it.

 

And rent signs are reset for April! Unless there is a specific note next to your name, there is one stick in one sign for you:

@BigB_Man (one shop, two months) It's been a month since you paid rent or updated your shop, BigB. We'd really appreciate a decision one way or another. It looks dreadful.
@KMaxwell (2 shops) I honestly don't remember whether you already paid for April. Perfectly willing to take your word for it. If you did, disregard the signs until May.
