Suggestion: Adding the minigame One In The Chamber

Reason: Ecc needs some kind of new minigame, many older users are getting bored and want something new, I understand that we are going to look for new mini games at some point in the near future. So I would like to suggest this, I love this minigame and it would be so much fun, I think there should be payouts but not a lot.
