Brief Description: Not getting more than 13 votes after getting online after offline voting a couple of days
Instructions:
1. Vote while offline multiple times
2. Come online on the server and only recieve a max of 13 nether stars
How many times did you recreate this bug?: Twice.
Result: Only getting 13 nether stars and no lucky prizes after voting more than 13 times while offline
Expected Result: Getting the right amount of nether stars, beyond 13.

I know about the one voting site not working but i have voted about 7-8 times (all 3 links at once) in about 5-6 days and before that i did too, the voting sites reset about every 12 hours so i voted twice a day sometimes. This took place after that.

one of the voting sites is currently broken, so the max you can get is 2 stars per day. Also, I believe you can only get one nstar per voting site per day, regardless of how many times you vote on that site. Furthermore, offline voting only keeps your stars for 7 days, so at the moment, yes the maximum amount of stars you can get is 14 per week.
