This is the third building completed in the commercial district, a blue glass office tower. It has 8 floors and is serviced by a central water elevator. I use Flows HD texture pack and SEUS shaders.

I've been busy continuing to build ValleyHope and having a great time doing it. I won the recent town of Pearl building competition and the grand prize. It was great fun with good competition and the winnings are going straight in ValleyHope development. Since my last update, I've continued expanding the farms, building the road infrastructure and the city wall and built a coffee shop in the commercial district. I also built two fishing towers that yield a good catch rate and should be fun and a good food source for residents.
Valley Hope development is on track. We are getting close to an opening date! Here are some of the latest construction pictures.

11 plots have been sold! All the 30x30 plots are taken. There are several 20x20 plots still available, as well as all the 10x10 plots. The plot map in the first post of this thread has been updated. It's been a great opening and response from the ECC community. Thank you everybody!
@gotbot - i have sent you Forum mail - i am waiting for you to look at it because someone entered my apartment without permission even i was in room - he didnt not steal anything
@gotbot - i like updates to Map because map still not updated yet because parcels sold recently also my suggestion - Apartment building could have penthouse at top - currently we dont have it in town

Yes 11 and 12 are now available. I changed out the signs on the lots so it's now clear they are unowned.
