I create nice town marketplaces or supermarts for other players, and I let players rent or buy lifetime market plots within the marketplaces or supermarts. Usually only in towns with portals do i set up a market place or a supermall within the town.

As of 4/5/13: I only have 1 supermall built right now located in the active town of "Minevale". Its $750 a week or $3,000 lifetime to get a nice small market stall. I currently have 3 open, and 1 being rented right now. /msg me within the game if your intersted, mainly because i dont check forums often.
