I have been thinking over my strategy for this summer ECC wise and have decided to do something a little different. I am going to be going on an extended road trip for all of July into August and hence offline 99.999% of the time. So it makes good sense to let my money make some money during my extended absence. I can offer a loan of up to 600k. I would access a one time 100k (hair over 15%) interest charge. Normally people want weekly repayments but I will be offline for over a month so I could give a $@@&. I would provide the funds around July 5th (could do earlier if wanted) and expect the 700k back in one payment on August 15th. I could set up weekly repayments if really wanted but I’d rather give me the simplicity and you the flexibility. Figured I’d get the thread up now to give me the time to find a borrower and draw up the contracts. Thanks for reading and let me know if interested, willing to negotiate terms.
