The position of co mayor will be gifted to the citizen who shows the most potential in making a better oasis. No application process.
The fighting pit is under construction, more info on this position is forthcoming.
Recruiters main job is to educate potential citizens about the Oasis advantage.

Rules:
#1 No greifing
#2 No Stealing
#3 Respect fellow citizens
#4 Use the communal Farm for subsistence only
#5 Don't build on lots you don't own, don't build on communal land without permission
#6 Eviction will occur after 1 month inactivity, unless a mayor or co mayor is notified ahead of time.
#7 On Residential lots don't build higher than 2x the width of the lot. (ie don't build up your 10x10 lot like over 20m) public works projects are exempt from rule 7

*Punishments will fit the crime varying from $100 fines to eviction. 3 strike policy for all rules.

Fighting Pit Summary:
The fighting pit is an arena where you fight anther player 1v1 using similar equipment, tournaments and single matches will occur maybe even some 2v2. More to come on this soon.

All in all this will be a fun time for casual or more active players, relaxed environment lots of building going on, and hopefully soon to be thriving community.
