Brief Description: Not receiving nStars from voting.
Instructions: Vote while the server is down for a restart.
How many times did you recreate this bug?: Just once.
Result: Logged on after the restart, didn't receive nStars or the any message saying I voted. VoteReminder pops up even though I had voted 2 minutes earlier.
Expected Result: Get nStars + messages saying that I voted + no VoteReminder
Evidence: If you check my name for Vote 6, I should be number one so that means I had voted, so go ahead and try voting for my name (IT'S A TRAP! not). It'll say I already voted for the server today. Now check the url, it should say something like this at the end "time=1385714854", so head on over to a Unix timestamp converter and put "1385714854" in there. It'll spit out something like "11/29/2013 12:47:34 AM GMT-8" so that's proof that I did in fact vote today. And if you check the logs (that is, if you keep track of these :b) you'll see that I didn't receive any nStars today. I logged on at 12:49 AM, right after the server came back up (also tried relogging and vanishing/unvanishing).

This is not a bug, it's simply impossible to track votes when the server is offline.
Vote when the server is online for it to be registered with us.
