    Hello there,

    After doing a little research about your ban, it appears that "spamming" is not the whole ban reason. Please file a new ban appeal with the entire ban reason stated in it. Additionally, it would be a good idea to include a more detailed description of how you plan to better handle yourself in the future. e.g., log off when you feel mad so you can prevent this from happening again,
