The website just gave me a trophy for nine months as a member.
Nine months ago, I was a clueless nub ... now I'm a clueless nub with more stuff. I just learned about /wb like 24 hours ago after having had it for six months without knowing it.
For all the players asking other players for donations on a daily basis, or complaining that it's too hard to make money or advance on here, I would like to point something out:
1. I started playing nine months ago, having never played on a Minecraft server in my life.
2. I work more than a full-time job, sometimes as much as 60 hours a week.
3. I do play most days, but not usually for marathon sessions, although there were snowed-in weekends in the winter when I did.
4. I have never asked another player for a donation, or taken a loan without repaying it early, or set up a payment plan without finishing it early.

5. I own a melon sword, an eff7, and ten towns including a Rising spawntown and a minor village called Lancaster, most of which I personally laid out and built.
So, my nine-month message to all the players asking for money, complaining that the server is pay to win, saying it's too hard to advance here, that our rules are too tight, that someone needs to give you something for free or you're leaving....

Well gratz. Honestly, I can't live my life without /wb and /eec. They are the things i need all the time. But woah-woah how did you get so much stuff in just 9 months? Damn, it's going to be my 3 year soon and what do I have? Only 2 towns, lol.
