Introducing the first ever NHL hockey lottery!​

The way that the lottery will work is this.

Players post below, using the format below, predicting what place the team is in. This is calculated by the NHL website. (http://www.nhl.com/ice/standings.htm?type=lea#&navid=nav-stn-league) The cost is 5k to enter, and the pool size is determined by the number of players entering. (tell your friends!) At the end of each month, I will tally up the person who guessed the most correct spots. The winner will take 75% of the pool (if the winner of the pool gets less than 15k, they will receive 100% of the pool money). If it is a tie, then the winners will each take a fair share of the pot.

Every month, I will update the thread and make a new application 3 days prior to the month starting. The winner will be announced on or a day after the last game of the month has been played. If you have any other questions, post below and I'll make sure to answer them. You can join up until two weeks from the month ending.


To enter, use the format below, and pay me 5k when you and I are on at the same time. Please copy/paste the whole thing, especially the title. Thanks.
