This is one of the things that players would look for before putting their hard earned money into your signs. Trust is earned in many ways - Server donations - what you have done for others - How you play - Attitude - and developing relationships (friendships hopefully) with others are all factors. The stickys on the For Sale section of the forums will provide extremely good information on what players are looking for.

 

Donations represent how much you're willing to dedicate/have dedicated yourself to the server. Real life money is something that [most] people are not able to freely spend on the server, and buying donations with ecd isn't the cheapest thing either. It just shows that you've spent time and/or are willing to spend time on ecc.

What will you be using the Loan for? To purchase Mayor. Once I become mayor and build a town, I will be able to make easy money to repay the loan! :)

What will be your collateral if you don't want to sign a contract? I would definately be able to pay the loan back, but if I really need to say a collateral, probably a max pickaxe of some sort.
How many loans have you successfully repaid in the past? Well, in game, my friend loaned me 30k to get 2 max pickaxes and I payed it back in 1 week.
