    There really shouldn't be anything like this in spawn. It then gives the impression it is officially run by ECC, which wouldn't happen. Leave anything gambling related to the player base to be run in their towns.

    File a complaint if they're scamming. It's not the server's job to host a casino, leave that to the players who already do - We already have lottery, that's enough.

    All I can see from this is just a pointless plugin adding more lag to the server.

    Then host a casino yourself, no need for the server to do things that players already can do fine. As for the lag, you literally destroyed your point by saying the server has "loads of lag". Why the hell would we add something that adds lag if the server already has lag?
