However, I would urge whoever does this change officially to make sure the new short names aren't repeated so there aren't any problems (because I know there have been problems in the past because of this). Out of the ones you posted I found that "MCWall" already exists for regular cobble wall, so it would need to be changed to something different.
Anyways, I'd like to see these too:
Creeper Mob Head: 397;4 (CrHead)
Skeleton Mob Head: 397;0 (SkHead)
Zombie Mob Head: 397;2 (ZoHead)
