"/help ranks" has changed back to the old values; many confused players

Even though this has had no effect on me. I noticed that the prices increased for all the new ranks. When AndrewKM posted it on the forums. The /help ranks was also updated around this time. A few days ago I checked /help ranks and saw it was back to the old values. Today I double check the forums and new prices are still in effect. This could lead to many confused players, and possibly a lot of fines. Perhaps it's in order to not fine those people who had the old balance, but deny the application? And update /help ranks once again.
