I have some questions if someone wouldn't mind answering them please..
First Now that I am mayor can I sell my town and become mayor of a new town that I built and leave the old town behind ?
Could someone please explain the process if so ? I understand the commands to add owners and all that but what would be my first step to cease being mayor of my town ?
Also I was going to post this in the help section but It looked like it was only for bugs and errors n things so I wasn't sure where to post..

sell ur town or dont add builders no offence unless u trust the. I sold my town because I was annoyed with the griefs by them and didn't want to leave them out

First step is to find a buyer
Second step is to secure the transfer of your town (a chat agreement/ sign a forum contract)
Third step is to evict everyone in your town and receive payment from your buyer
Fourth step is to add them as an owner of the town
Fifth step is to remove yourself from the town -

Ahhh sweet.. Glad to hear that.. Ok I think this is my last question.. After I transfer my town to someone else. Am I then allowed to apply for another town on the forums ? and if so do I do it just like the mayor application I did before ?

When you want to get another town there are two options. One you can apply for President. This will mean you chose the location, town name, etc and will be considered the original owner (which is quite important.) Or you can buy a town off of another player that is already existing. This has some draw backs though.
Towns you buy from the server can have you personally add the town portal and other town features. Towns you buy from other players can only have their original owner add those things which sometimes means they cannot be added. Also, an original owner can file to have their town returned to them. The process of getting that returned is entirely up to Skylexia, the ServerAdmin who processes those. It is not always guaranteed their town will be returned.
That being said, buying President is 180k and a town from another player is 30-60k. -
Yes, I see now I just read up on president and that's looking more like what I want than mayor.. The ability to have more than one town. Thanks guys & everyone for giving information and helping me with these questions.. Great community at ECC
