So Jamie mentioned that there isn't enough time to make a market competition and we need to have one by 1.9.
So, why don't we all do something to prevent the catastrophic "new market" from coming and do something good for ECC. Everyone who reads this, I challenge you to consider making a market design of your own in the next week and post it on this thread.
