Sponsor ranks toggle between SponsorTier​

What are you suggesting:

For anyone that is any of the higher tiers above Sponsor, have it so they can toggle their sponsor rank tier​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

We have the ability to do it with standard ranks. We have the ability to let sponsor toggle their Sponsor rank on/off. Make sense that these Sponsor+ people can choose what tier of their sponsor rank to show off in-game​
