/slap for mods, when a player is being dumb and not bad enough for a warn or where sponsors or high ranks can do​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

i think when someone is asking dumb questions like or saying dumb stuff "polo" we should be able to slap them as long as they are in main...​
