Make login mandatory for higher ups​

What are you suggesting:

To make higher staff ranks login mandatory prior to making a decision out of game.
I dont think its a good way to have someone out of game make a decision for a situation he or she didnt witness and has no clue about the context. I am not saying lower rank staffs abuse their power to make up stuff to get people banned based on higher ranks decisions. I just think its not a good line of command to have.

Thats how it should be imo. If i would be the higher up having to justify my decision id rather be able to point out what was really going on than just relying on some out of context, Chinese whispers kind of thing.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Because it might prevent unreasonable, over the top decisions made by people not actually in game​
