Longer Ground Item Despawn​

What are you suggesting:

Now that we have our North server and are seeing better performance, I was hoping the item clear could be revisited to be lengthened from 60 secs.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

The main reason why I am suggesting this is because while recently clearing my tree farm, I have a max tree feller of 34 seconds with all the perks and by the time I use that to its fullest and run back to gather wood most of my items have despawned even if I'm running at speed 10.

I know there are countless other practical examples of this where things could just be made a little be less of a hassle with even a 2 minute ground item despawn.​
