To increase the view distance where you load players/mobs/items​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Its very annoying to not be able to see players until they are 3 chunks away..
This is a multiplayer server and it feels like im in single player because i cant see anyone. Sort of a empty feeling​
