Minecraft Username: Furrycatty

Brief Description: Died when I used /spawn in the nether and when I respawned all my things were gone.

Instructions: 1. Use /spawn in the nether

2. I was inside a wall and suffocated

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Twice in four or five times

Result: Died and my items went missing

Expected Result: Safetly spawn at the nether portal

Evidence: None

Edit: It happened a third time today when I was on full health.
