So how i have done this is

well i died as soon as i joined the server when i was in the nether...

cant do it again but, when the old nether was i left then i joined 2day and lost my protection 4 armor... nothing you can do but, this is stupid...
How many times did you recreate this bug?:
once.

Evidence:
none since i had no time to do: /spawn... so i died there...

i dont think there is anything we can really do about this :\
my suggestion would be to either
A: if you log off in nether, make sure to be prepared to /spawn when you log on, or
B: dont log off while in the nether, this will prevent it from ever happening. -
Because the world changed this isn't a bug, its just annoying.
Nether resets cause the world to change, and unfortantly your log out details such as location is recorded for you on your return. This means that if no blocks under your old location, you will fall, maybe into a cavern, maybe lava, or may even to your death.
This is player risk, so not a bug and unfortantly not something we can help with.
