Nether/End Portals not working

Brief Description:
After the mining/nether/end reset, the portals to the nether and end do not work

Instructions:
do /warp nether or /warp end
Try to walk into portal
It does not work

How many times did you recreate this?
5 times, @RealRichNixon also attempted it

Result:
You do not enter the nether

Expected Result:
To walk into the nether/end

I have the ranks necessary, it seems as though the portals are not set up correctly as the ones in the server say "disconnected" on them
