Thanks for input! I'll be back in five/ten minutes with a version with another font (the text above the ip, right?). I used it because I like the style of it, its a bit simplistic - easy but stylish in my opinion! However I'll take a look at another!

 

Here for a test with another font, even though I like the other one better - maybe this could look better to others!
On this one I also added a bit of green light onto the text.

EDIT: Looking at them side to side I'll have to say the top one looks better, because the text fills the space that feels kinda empty on the other one. Thoughts?

I feel like the "EcoCityCraft" should be larger. Apart from that it looks great!

 

Update with more versions!
I switched back to the old font as I preferred it myself - but that'll be an easy switch if needed.
Added a few with different simpler gradients, and one with the old background - but refined the title text.

More simplistic route (plus I haven't used photoshop for banners or logos in a long time). I have the .psd, all the layers and 320 dpi. So it's completely customizable if it's chosen (so long as you have Photoshop past ~CS2, due to properties and effects). Images and text can be modified/removed/added easily.

Colors come from the default theme of the forum for branding consistency. -shrugs-






TBH I like the one Mission and Luccowarleo did when it comes to having more than just typeface and a couple small graphics.

gortfrode's second one (first with softer gradient) is really nice as well - my only issue the versions is the drop shadow kinda makes the type look crossed out when it's viewed at a glance or very small.

 

I think this is my favourite of all the ones I've done since I normally separate emeralds and the nether stars however this one has them both :p

 

Still prefer your one with the 3D ECC personally.

Green, HD, non animated, very easy to read, simple & yet effective.

 

I really like this one as well, however due to the formatting of www.topg.org/minecraft page it won't stand out the way I want it to.

I mean I like it the way it is but curious what other variations of it you can do? Maybe an MC character if possible somewhere in there, or two, or other MC items (as long as HD), etc.

I hear you. I'll see what other variations I can do. However, adding MC characters or other objects may destroy the simplicity and cleanliness of the work.

Then again, I'll try and see what else I can further improve on. Though, I can't promise better, but will do for effort.

By the way, how long more till the end of this competition?
