You have a contract with an end date. You've failed to provide money for materials. He has spent 20k of his own materials and cannot continue building. You were ignoring his messages until he took it onto the forum. You still don't have money to provide for him for materials. I'd be freaking out too. But I hope you reach a satisfactory agreement.

The contract shouldn't have been approved in the first place - It's WAY to vague. @BuildsByGideon could've easily built two dirt huts and put a "chair" in the skyscraper and earned 220k - Completely legally too.

I might also add @BuildsByGideon, you shouldn't have been paying out of YOUR own pocket for materials unless @ldw116 has paid the 200k for materials. It's a breach of contract if @ldw116 didn't provide you funding for materials.

I'd recommend both parties to work out a different contract - One that's actually explicit on what needs to be built.

 

I recommend that since one party is at least mainly ignoring the other, @BuildsByGideon you should file a complaint immediately and let the moderation renegotiate it for you.
