I want to build a gaming PC with the budget of $800 or a little bit more. I plan to use it for streaming to twitch and just casual gaming, along with doing schoolwork on it too. I have already looked at Zeno78's thread, but the prices have changed since.

Streaming Twitch will be almost completely reliant on your internet speed. If you don't have at least a 3 - 4 Mb/s upload speed you won't be able to do it.
