Hello, I am looking for a Co-Mayor for the town of Grandway. The town consists of a 200x200 wheat farm with a town over top of it with plots. The job of the Co-Mayor would be to run the town as I am inactive.
Job Of Co-Mayor
1. Repair the town
- Grandway had some encounters with destruction happy griefers a few months ago and parts of the town need repairs (mostly the farm is left). I repaired a lot of the dmg but it still needs a decent bit.
2. Manage the town, Try to make the town an active town
- As I do not play town management will fall solely on the co-mayors, I will pop on every few weeks however to see if the Co-Mayor needs anything.
3. Clear up the town
- Clear up the town, remove inactive residents ect...
Perks of Co-Mayor
1. Access to all town facilities
- As few as we do have.
2. Abiity to sell plots/market stalls/farm permits in grandway.
Rules For Co-Mayor
1. Do your job plz (See Job of Co-Mayor)
2. Dont lwc anything locked by Kalvb123, RyanBlocks2, 4tee, or Rollsicy these have all been Owners/Co-Owners of Town.
3. Dont remove owners from the town.
4. Dont destroy my spawn building without permission from me and a plan for a new one. (I like mah spawn building thx).
[EDIT] 5. Although builders cannot be added as Co-Mayors to towns I am willing to wait for them to get resident if I accept them so feel free to apply :).

1. Why do you want to be Co-Mayor?
I would like to be co-mayor as it will give me the chance to run a town again, like I did before I sold mine. I enjoyed the experience and being Co-Mayor would give me a purpose on ECC and give me the chance to help the community and you.
2. Have you read everything listed above?
Yes, and I understand it. I have 1 question; do I keep the money from the sales or does it go to you, and how much will plots etc cost?
3. Have you ever been banned? If "Yes" please explain:
I have never been banned and not a single complaint has been written agaisnt me, which is something I pride myself upon.
4. Why should I pick you?
You should pick me because:
- I am dedicated, enthusiastic and patient
- I have the TP feature meaning I can get players to the plots quickly
- I will dp my best to be as active as possible
- I am able to advertise and make up a town thread if necassary
- I can attract player to the town, sell plots, sell perms and market stalls for an affordable, well though out price
During the next three weeks, during school term, I have assessments and the like so I must do revision but I will try and be on at least an hour a day, maybe more, maybe less. After this time (from the 18th December onwards) I will be on for a longer time, possibly not Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, but all the others I should be fine.

However, I am willing to wait for builders to get resident if I choose them as Co-Mayor if they still wish to be Co-Mayor of the town. I will edit this into my description.

No, never even had a complaint.
4. Why should I pick you?
My trustworthiness, and amount of time I have to spend on the region. I also see a high amount of potential in this particular city, and I would love to let that potential show.
5. How active will you be within the town?
Highly depends on what I have going on that day, but most likelky at least 1.5 hours per day.
