Brief Description: I was in the nether at my spawner and i was moving my sword (Sharpness 4 Fire Aspect 2) in my inventory so i could use it and it just disappeared...

Instructions: I moved it from one location in my inventory and it disappeared before it was in my other slot.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 1 this happened to me once a while ago... it was the same situation also except the sword was different.

Result: One of my best swords disappeared in front of my eyes...

Expected Result: I would get to kill some blazes.

Evidence: None but like i said this is the second time it happened to me and i don't know how i would get evidence for this it disappeared in a matter of seconds so nothing could be taken as evidence.
