    my mom changed my minecraft account password so I can not play ecc I would like for my perms and items to stay where they are and that if in the long run my account doesn't get deleted if it takes over a month

    We cannot make exceptions on accounts when it comes to the activity wipes. Your best bet would be to ask your mom if she can log you in once in a while so you can keep your account active.
