vdubmastertech you woulsn't happen to have a download for this still do you? the old links aren't working for me, I just wanna make a few changes here and there and see how things look.
I can't seem to find the world save. If you guys think think this is still a good design I could build it again and upload a new world save.
+1 I think the one glaring 'flaw' (if you could call anything a flaw), is our Town Portal Room. It isn't "bad", but it is definitely 'dated'. It is great for small worlds. But with the number of portals we have, and the loss of lift signs, it really is a hassle to find a town (or explain where a town portal is). There is no flash or flare to it. Just a box with Portals. Let's spice it up. Let's add some pizzazz. I would love to see this design become a reality. Again, no disrepect to the 'box'. But I believe this server deserves more.
With the number of towns increasing exponentially, and the demand for town portals following suit, I believe this is an important change. The old design was useful in the olden days of EcoCityCraft, but now, with the "improvements" to the room that make it unbearable, a change is greatly needed. And this design is the best idea yet. Let's do this. Let's make the change, so we can prepare for the EcoCityCraft of tomorrow.
vdubmastertech Once the world save comes out please post it as soon as possible as Andrew will then see all the wonderful benefits of it.
I think it's a wonderful design and adds organization and a little creativity to the portal room lol. Hope your idea gets through! It really is spiffy. :3
