When I first started ecc, I had no clue what I was doing. I typed /kit and saw starter and string, so I typed it and make myself about 15 dollars. I was looking for somewhere to build for 15 minutes when finally I saw someone post in global "Selling plots in my town! 1k" He also stated he had a public farm so I was also with my cousin and we each had 1k from voting. We didn't want to spend 1k each for out plots so we decided to go somewhere else. My cousin StoneIronZ found thehockeykids and he was telling me how great his town was. I was not impressed at the time because "Thing_II"s town had everything hockeys town had but it was more I don't know, easier to understand. So me and stone split apart but we talked on skype and for about 2 weeks we lived apart. But before that I went to Thing_II's town and he showed me around including the nice sized pumpkin farm. Thing_II seemed nice he helped me out a little bit but then I stumbled upon Buckguy92, and I met jayden. Buckguy92 helped me out so much. We became great friends and still are. So I bought a 10x10 plot from Thing for 1000. I was started on my first plot. I am not interested in all the fancy things like a house I placed down chests and made myself about 10 stone axes I headed towards the public farm. I farmed a bunch of pumpkins and make my first 2k. With that I talked to buckguy and he gave me a diamond axe! To me that was worth 2k but I did not pay because Buckguy is one of the greatest people ever. All the sudden I was farming and the server shut down! The 8 hour roll back! Everything was gone. Everything. I was heartbroken. I talked to thing and he gave me the plot for free. That was the only reason I stayed on the server But then I noticed I couldn't donate for 1k. I lost about 3k from the rollback so I started yelling then I got really mad cause after 20 minutes of me asking what happened please explain?!?! I yelled "F*ck this I lost 5 hours of work!" and I kept going on and on with it till I got banned. Then could't find out of how to make an appeal to get back on until I saw the fourums. That's when I made my fourum acount in July I think. When I got back on the server I went right back to farming I farmed and farmed and farmed until I made about 10k I made 2k from a gold music disk I bought for 1 dollar ftw. Then Thing_II showed me his private farm. It was huge! I stayed in there for the rest of my builder career. Buckguy92 also got a Eff 4 unb 3 fortune 3 pick. At the time I thought it was amazing we thought it was worth 50k plus! But we never asked we used that pick many times. Buck would give me some trash like cobble and sometime lapis and other good stuff so that gave me a nice boost always. The day came when Buckguy said I becoming resident! I was almost there only about 2k away then buckguy gave me some dblocks (2 of them) which I sold for 2k and my res app was in. My cousins not far behind about 3 days behind. By the time I was res I had my first enchanted item a eff 4 unb 3 fortune 3 axe Buckguy was pretty surprised but it was when we became residents that buckguy got addicted to pvp... He got armor and weapons and lost them. Costing him his money to be spent on partial mayor. Eventually I got kicked from the town I did not know why when I suddenly god banned from the town for griefing when I did no such thing! (This is part 1, tell me if i should make part 2 which will include me going to mayor!)
