It's great that you like those aspects of the Confederacy, but ultimately, their succession from the Union was on the basis of states rights. They felt the government was becoming too overbearing and powerful, and they didn't agree with the Lincoln administration. Slavery came later (and is generally attributed to the cause), and was one of the many things that the South supported.

It's not hate we are remembering, its the sad reality of the 1860s in the United States.

 

I 100% agree with you, however, it is popular belief to attribute the Civil War to Slavery.

 

The original cause of the was secession, but Lincoln signed the emancipation proclamation, so it would become a war on slavery, which in turn lead England (I believe it was in fact England) to help the union because they had just had their ban on slavery so they must help the union not the confederacy.

England kind of stayed out of it, so did most European countries. They were originally on the fence about supporting the Confederacy because of the cotton industry in their nations. With the battle of Gettysburg they pretty much saw the beginning of the end for the South and stayed out.

 

i suggest the movie "Glory" to anyone who is interested in the civil war. It is very good.

 

If you have common sense you'll probably be fine at labour jobs. Besides, how is wrestling any less deadly? You'd need more of an education to work at a co-op and a library than a labour job. You can get a labour job that is quite safe and requires grade 10 education and nothing more, that pays better than part time co-op and library at the same time. Also, part-time at a co-op will most likely leave you quite poor and you won't be able to afford a computer or a mic or anything for a potential youtube channel. My father went directly to a labour job with simply high school education and since then he's moved up quite a bit and has never taken any university or higher schooling. Besides, what is so bad about schooling? Especially if you got something like a trade, which has less than a year of school and half of that time in school is working as an apprentice. Honestly, it's really easy and you don't need student loans or anything, and you can rise up to be making over $50 an hour in a few years depending on your trade.

DON'T WORK PART TIME OR AT A LIBRARY. YOU WILL HAVE LITTLE MONEY. UNLESS YOU MARRY SOMEONE RICH, BUT AS YOU'VE STATED YOU'RE A "REDNECK" SO THAT HAS A DECENT CHANCE OF NOT HAPPENING.

Also, those jobs aren't deadly if you aren't stupid.

What? scripted? You are incredibly confusing...

 

What does the picture have to do with scripting wrestling? Your body's physique doesn't mean anything.

As for the labor stuff, it doesn't have to be oil, I was giving alternatives to the incredibly low paying part time co-op and librarian. You can't make a living off of those jobs.

 

Well yeah work part time now, but when you grow up if you can't be a wrestler part time probably won't cut it. Most teenagers can't script or animate, but you should probably work on your math, typing, sentence structure, grammar, and spelling. If you plan to script you'll be typing hundreds if not thousands of lines of code, which is much easier to type quickly and with all those lines comes even more words, brackets, quotations, etc. Take my advice and work on these, and not to criticize your grammar, but it could be better - much better.
