Helps end trolls in chat.

So much simpler than bans, and so much more satisfying. My only question is will people be alerted that someone is muted? Could we do something like if someone tries to PM a muted player, they would receive a message like "this player is currently muted", so they know the person they're PMing can't respond? If someone gets on after a mute was issued, are they allowed to ask if someone was muted? Otherwise they just have to guess.
