I always turn on the iTunes Top 50 Alternative Radio station when I play. It's got a lot of popular stuff like OneRepublic and Imagine Dragons plus some more underground artists like Melanie Martinez and Hozier.

Depends on what I'm doing. Casual ECC'ing is just the Today's Hits Radio on Pandora. While sg'ing... I like to listen to songs with a lot of bass, like Animals by Martin Garrix and Promises (Remix by Skrillex and Nero).

It really depends on what I am doing at the time as well.
Mining - Black Sabbath, Steppenwolf, Metallica, Disturbed.
Building - Classical music from Beethoven and Bach to Tchaikovski and so many in between.
Farming and Fishing - Great time to catch up on a movie :p
