Sounds good. If you want co-mayor I'd require that you purchase a plot first, have a probationary period as town member, yadda yadda, and we'd go from there. Honestly though, I just added clou44 as co-mayor and I'm not sure if I want more than one right now. But we'll see.
I think I'll make a bar somewhere in my town, but I need an idea of what style or theme to shoot for. Something quintessentially 'Murican. Best (feasible) idea by a poster gets a free 10x10 plot.
what about something like an old 50's ice cream parlor instead? you could sell cookies and milk and the like there.
