General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safe sale of an msword by @bobman3355 and the safe purchase of and msword by @29dude. The item id of the msword is #IAYSAZLP

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 agree to make 1 trade sign for every week (12) in @29dude's town so he can pay off the msword The signs will be placed around /warp mapleville @bobman3355 will do this within 30 minutes of the contract is approved. @bobman3355 will also give @29dude the msword within half hour of the contract being approved if he is online at that time.
I @bobman3355 agree to transfer the /own of the msword to @29dude as soon as i have collected the final payment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@29dude must pay @bobman3355 275,000 within 30 minutes of the contract being approved.
@29dude must agree to pay me @bobman3355 $85,000 every week for 12 weeks as well as $125,000 on november 17th This amount totals 1.145 million . The money will be paid to signs@bobman3355 will place in @29dude's town. The first payment will be due on november 21st the second on november 28th the third payment on december 5h the 4th payment on december 12th the 5th payment on december 26th(skipping one week for @29dude to have a break) the 6th payment on january 2nd the 7th payment on january 9th the 8th payment on january 16th the 9th payment on january 23rd the 10th payment on january 30th and the 11th payment on February 6th and the 12 and final payment on February 13th.
@29dude must agree to pay me @bobman3355 $12,000 in late fees for every day a payment is late. A payment will be considered late at 12:00 (midnight) EST. These late fees will go for 2 months. There also may be late fees on more than one payment at once if @29dude is late by that much. An example of this would be if if @29dude is late on his payment due on december 26th and this goes by for 1 week and he still has not paid the $85,000 that is due on december 26th then he will also be late on his payment due january 2nd and so he will be receiving late fees on both payments.
@29dude must agree to pay all late fees before paying the amount that is due for that week.
@29dude must agree to give @bobman3355 back the msword if @bobman3355 wants it back if a payment is 1 week late because at this point it may be assumed @29dude has scammed @bobman3355. If the msword is returned because a payment is 1 week late and @bobman3355 wanted the msword back @29dude must finish all payments due up to and including the day the msword was returned. This includes all late fees.
@29dude must agree to continue paying me the total of 1.145 million plus potential late fees even if his msword is lost, stolen or broken.
@29dude must agree that after this contract is approved he is obligated to go through will the deal and may not cancel it for any reason.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
